ANSI Flanges

We are one of the trusted names in manufacturing the high quality ANSI Flanges and creating a brand name in the market. The flanges usually follow standards set within the country they are applied, such as those set by the American National Standards Institution (ANSI) and the American Petroleum Institute (API). These standards make the dimensions of the flanges uniform so they can be interchangeable. The American National Standard Institute, ANSI, has been overseeing guidelines and standards for products manufactured through several sectors. We ensure that our ANSI-approved flanges are used for the industrial market which handles gas, air and steam process systems. ANSI provides standards on flanges depending upon pressure in pounds per second per inch (PSI), according to size in inches of the flange. Pressure and size are dependent upon whether the flange is welded to the pipe, threaded or bolted. Our team of experts with their years of experience ensures the world class array of ANSI flange for the valuable clients. Depending on the material the flange is made from, such as cast iron or steel, and the type of threaded material used for fittings, every flange is designated to a particular class. These ANSI flange find application in steel plants, sugar mills & distilleries, pumps and petrochemicals, cement, construction and various other industries.

Aluminum Flanges

Aluminum Flanges are specifically used for high vacuum applications in oil & petrochemical industries. Yielding an air and leak tight joint in the pipe fitting, these flanges are wisely filled with extruded metal as to cover up all the surface defects and machining marks. Depending upon the requirements of the application, these aluminum flanges are finished with different surface treatments like powder coating, anodized, electrophoresis, passivation and plating.

  • Suitable for applications sensitive to magnetic materials
  • Preferred over flanges manufactured from ferrous materials
  • CrN coating maximum temperature on the knife edges is 150°C
  • Excellent thermal conductivity
  • Lower residual radioactivity
  • Lightweight and non-magnetic
  • Yield low out gassing rates
  • Knife-edges of flanges coated with CrN
  • High hardness
  • CNC machined
  • Hydraulically tested
  • Best for high vacuum pipe fittings

ASME Flange

ASME Flange is in accordance with the standards defined by American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Widely used in offshore, oil field, shipbuilding, water system, electric power, natural gas and pipe projects, these flanges are available in two major standards, ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47. These types of flanges are assured to be made out of forged materials with excellent machined surfaces. The two standards B16.5 and B16.47 flanges are different in their nominal pipe sizes (NPS).

  • ASME B16.5 flanges
    • NPS range from ½" to 24"
    • Pressure classes: 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500
  • ASME B16.47 flanges
    • NPSs range from 26" to 60"
    • Pressure classes: 75, 150, 300, 400, 600 and 900

  • Machined surface
  • Excellent quality of forged metals are used
  • Options of different NPS
  • Variety of pressure classes
  • Rust proof finish

ASTM Flange

In accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials, these ASTM Flanges are slide into a pipe and then welded for a leak proof connection. A wide range of flanges is available in different varieties of weld necks, slip-on, long weld neck and blinds. Wisely manufactured from stainless steel, carbon steel or other high grade alloys, these flanges are die-forged or machined for smooth surface. These ASTM Flanges are extensively used in shipbuilding industry, water works, power industry, petrochemical & gas industry, valve industry and general pipes connecting projects.

  • Can resist different pressure values at varied temperature
  • Rust proof finish with a galvanized finish
  • Abrasion resistant
  • Tested on all standard parameters
  • Options of die- forged and machined finish
  • Ensure leak proof joint

Technical specifications:
  • Available in sizes : 1/2 to 56 inches
  • Pressure : 150 to 2,500

SO Flange

This SO Flange (slip-on) is wide in demand in offshore, oil field, shipbuilding, water system, electric power, natural gas and pipe projects. These flanges are easily slipped on the pipe and further fillet welded accurately from both outside and back side to ensure leak proof joint. This type of flange is specially positioned in the pipe or fitting so the inserted end is set back.

  • Preferred over weld neck flanges
  • Low initial cost
  • High strength rating
  • Attached to one or more ends of a pipefitting or to the end of a piece of pipe
  • Welded (usually both inside and outside) to provide strength and prevent leakage
  • No need for high accuracy while cutting the pipe to length
  • Can be designed with a bore according to either pipe or tube

Technical specifications:
  • Pressure classes : from 150lbs to 2,500lbs
  • Sizes range : From 1/2" to 84"
  • Surface Treatment : Anti-rust Oil, Transparent/Yellow/Black Anti-rust Paint, Zinc, Hot dipped Galvanized
